Our two mallard ducks, who mate for life and return every Spring, are now swimming in the pond in the center of the sculpture garden. Dear Friends, I am very excited about the coming exhibition of “Art and Peace” which opens Sunday, March 29th from one – three. This rare exhibition focuses on Peace and how artists who were friends created works of art on the theme of peace. It is my hope that these art works on peace will inspire and remind people of our need for peace today. Chuck’s mentor was Jacques Lipshitz. They formed a lasting friendship when they worked together at the art foundry in New York City.

As seen through the eyes of friends, Gagnon, Lipchitz, Braque, and Picasso, this s pecial opening exhibit will be held on March 29, 2026. This will be called Art and Peace and feature Chuck's friendship with Jacques Lipchitz, a Lithuanian-born French-American Cubist sculptor. Lipchitz retained highly figurative and legible components in his wo rk. See original works by Lipchitz, Braque & Picasso. Reception tickets will be limited and priced at $11, which includes all ticke
