The Charles E. Gagnon Museum & Sculpture Garden was established:

VISION

To be a place that uplifts the human spirit by experiencing his figurative bronze sculptures.

MISSION

To provide educational and artistic programming about his peaceful, healing bronze sculptures in the environment where they were created.

PURPOSE

To preserve his art and share it with people throughout the world.

"He was dedicated to creating unique, uplifting bronze sculptures that would give hope to the world and inspire peace among all peoples,
 as well as to make the world a more beautiful place to live."
