New Wildflowers Sculpture

June 15, 2022 was the dedication of the Kay Caskey Garden at the Carles E. Gagnon Museum and Sculpture Garden during a lunch presentation. A new bronze sculpture Wildflowers has been commissioned by the Carl and Verna Schmidt Foundation for the Kay Caskey Garden.


Members, family, and friends of Kay along with representatives/advisors for the Carl and Verna Schmidt Founation were present.


Speakers included Arlyn Gagnon, Founder, Director of teh Gagnon Museum, Alan Anderson, Trustee of the Carl and Verna Schmidt Foundation and Bari Amadio, CEO fo the Greater Rochester Arts and Cultural Trust.


Kelly Rae Kirkpatrick and Tom Bellinger, Olmsted County Master Gardener volunteers, planted beautiful flowers around the bronze wildflowers sculpture to be dedicated June 15th, in the new Kay Caskey Garden.
