Welcoming home the Peace Fountain

The Peace Fountain has returned to the Peace Plaza in downtown Rochester! At a rededication ceremony on Tuesday (Nov. 2), Arlyn Gagnon spoke about the design and meaning of the outdoors art by sculptor Charles E. Gagnon, her late husband. She also participated in the unveiling of the bronze sculpture, which had been moved during reconstruction of the plaza in the heart of the city.
